In most cases, there is no need for you ask your guests (in advance) what they'll be ordering. Your guests will be presented the menu you have chosen at the time of service. They'll be able to make their own selection at that time. The “Surf & Turf” menu is $90 per person

Roof Top Sunset Salad
mixed field greens with fresh mango, candied pecans, gorgonzola cheese and balsamic vinaigrette

 

Second Course
Surf & Turf
6oz Prime Filet Mignon and 6oz Broiled Florida Lobster Tail
with mashed potatoes and vegetables

*substitute shrimp for lobster for an $80 menu
